Well, this site must have taken note of the (less than flattering) reviews to date. I just visited this store to have my mother's walker (a rollator that i didn't even purchase from them) and expected to not only have to drop it off for at least a day, but to have to drop some good money when I picked it up. Not only did they repair it while i waited....but they did so as a courtesty--yes for FREE :), they tightened everything up for her. I am BEYOND pleased with the staff. It made my day. Thank you Regional Home Medical!

This place is terrible. The customer service is terrible. They absolutely have no care for people at all. Also no understanding of insurance. My insurance is awesome and covers me 100%. They only gave me half of what my insurance covers, I leave knowing this called my insurance, literally telling me yes you are covered we will personally call this supply house and tell them this. I called back a couple hours later saying did my insurance call you they said it was good to go and I am covered. They basicly told me its under our discretion on what we want to give you and and still said i couldnt have the other part. We gave you the basic kit and we dont have to give you the rest even though your insurance covers it. They decide what they want to give you. I can't beleive the service here, they dont care about people for sure. On top of this Ive worked at a medical supply store before and know and understand how their contracts work. If u go in dont talk to Kim. Unbelievable.

Very rude people (except the respiratory lady she was very nice) I hate even giving this place a star because they don't even deserve that. Was sent there for my mom since she was out of town not once but TWICE because the first time they didn't want to actually do their job and look at paper work. Everyone at the desk just looked at me like I was dumb and didn't know what I was talking about. Was told to get the right information and maybe come back later. Go back the next day knowing the order was sent in. Was happy to deal with a new person, until I apparently didn't use the "right words" whilr explaining what i wad needing and she got a lil snotty with me. Again making me feel like I'm an idiot. Moving on to the conversation with her and the respiratory lady it's my understanding that the order was put in the exact same day I went in the first time!! So long story short the customer service simply SUCK! I'd rather go shopping for car parts than ever set foot in that store again. I'd fire everyone and hire people that actually want to help people instead of making any customer feel like the way they made me feel.

Recently got set up with a cpap. Staff was knowledgeable, very informative and kind. Would definitely recommend.

I started going to this store since September but so far my experience is not that great. Reps are trying to be helpful but the overall system is terrible. They handed me a wrong box of supplies once and they didn't even notice that until our nurse realized and gave them a call. Waiting time is longer than expected, they keep searching for items and don't seem to find it. I hope their system gets better overtime and I don't have to feel bad every time I go pick something up from there.
