We have been going to Regional Eye Center for years for our exams and have been happy. Our son has recently been diagnosed with a slight need for glasses and the doctor was very gracious to give us his prescription if we wanted to get glasses elsewhere (as he only needs to wear them infrequently). We did purchase glasses from an online provider and brought them to Regional Eye for adjustment. We were willing to pay for the service, but not only were we not allowed to offer to pay, we were treated rudely and told that they will not adjust glasses they don't sell. I am very disappointed with their unwillingness to work with a long time customer and their treatment of us, but also their unwillingness to adjust to changes in the market place.

Dr. Nyquist does a great job with eye exams and Steve Queenan in the optical department is very knowledgeable at recommending frames to complement your facial features and lifestyle.

Not happy at all!! Mother of 3 and my husband has been out of work since Thanksgiving due to health. I've been paying all bills as much as I can when I can. I spoke with Reginal Eye Care on the 13th. I told them that I could pay them there $67.28 within a week. She din't say no all she said she would talk to her office manager and let me know. I called the very next day to pay. They were closed for Good Friday. I left them a message & today they called me saying I cannot pay them because they sent it to collections. I am beyond pissed!!! They ran so many test and couldn't even figure out what was wrong with my husband Vision. The doctor even said that he thinks something could be sitting on a nerve in his brain. Which he left us feeling like what does he have a brain tumor. So we went and saw a neurologist and his brain is fine minus the migraines. They did CT scans, MRI, MRA, spinal tap, even had a Picc line in for a month. He even went to University of Minnesota where they diagnosed with Azoor Retina eye disease. Nothing to do with something sitting on a nerve... So they used up a ton of our insurance on test at Reginal for an assumption that in the end we had to pay for someone else out of pocket to re do those test to figure it out. Now y'all couldn't work with me!! For $67.28!! I just needed some time I wasn't getting help through county and I have been paying for a family of 5 and a mortgage!! Extremely disappointed in them!! Please note I pay all of my bills & don't feel things should be free!! I was just needing time!! Thanks for nothing!!!!

Only good experiences so far. Much better than another clinic in town which will remain unnamed.
