Hutchinson Health-Open

Disappointed with ER care for my father, had had a good experience in the past but this time they totally missed the mark. Took him in to his dr when we got home and they did find an issue that needed to be addressed. Called back for test results later and receptionist told me they don’t have time to deal with it. Not sure if it’s staffing issues or something else going on.

Absolutely one of the best hospitals and clinics in the area, I had outpatient surgery and the staff is so nice and friendly. Very clean and professional! My only complaint is I didn't go there sooner, Dr Bray is an amazing gyn who takes her patients concerns seriously and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I had my hip replacement surgery at Hutchinson Health this week. Because of COVID my surgeon asked if I’d be willing to go there for the procedure. It was a stellar experience. I got excellent care from the moment I stepped in the hospital - pre-op, post op, and all the nursing care during my 24-hour stay. I can’t say enough about how efficient, caring, and professional the staff was to me.

I went here around early October of 2018 to see about my surfer's ear; everything in general was fine until I met with a doctor that looked like he should be working at some auto shop. Instead of actually checking it out, he decided to have a "mental evaluation" and had me take a test. Although he discussed my results, all he did was give me painkillers for my ear and give a follow-up date. A few days later, I told the receptionist that I had an appointment with him. She leaves to check and it turned out that he wouldn't be in until after [that] Halloween. Though that was a cheap move of him, least my issue was cured.

Fastest covid test ever. I drive 50 miles to get tested before international travel because I know they'll get it done on time. Thanks for the great help, guys!

I’m a service connected female Marine corps veteran. The VA told me to come to the nearest ER. I was already uncomfortable because it’s not the VA. I sat there for an hour in pain and had not been seen yet, I could have driven all the way to the Va in that time.

I've had two children in the Birth Care Center at Hutchinson Health and I couldn't have asked for better care both times. My family has experienced urgent care, ER visits, hospital stays and well child appointments in Hutchinson and has always been treated with care and respect. I appreciate the close to home, quality care.

My son had surgery on his wrist last night and the entire team alongside Dr Walker and Tate did a phenomenal job!! I was very pleased with the comfort they all provided to myself and our son!

If I could i would give no starts. Absolutley awful. I had a severe car accident a while back n they sent me home with glass inbeded in my head. Also sent me home saying nothing was wrong. I went to my primary Dr that is out of town the next day n found out I had a severe concussion n hip problems. Now today i took my father to the ER and he had broken his back n hip years ago, but he hurt his back today while just bending and can barley move a muscle, we've been there for 2 hours n havent even been spoken too nor have they done ANYTHING. Finally 2 n half hours later they send my dad home with just a pain medicine not even a MRI!!! English is hard to understand by the Drs And they dont clean very well. Blood on the ceiling and on cupboards

Just had surgery and I cant say enough about how wonderful the surgical staff treated me. Healing process is going well! Orthopedic clinic has a very friendly staff, always greeted with a smile.
