The nurses were lovely and the doctors were great. However this emergency room is disgusting, there was a person who destroyed the bathroom and hours later no one had cleaned them, someone came through the registration and proceeded to cough and spit on the desk and 4 hours later it had still not been sanitized. As well I have photos of the waiting room. Honestly atrocious for a place that is supposed to at minimum disinfected. I hope they start cleaning the waiting room. I felt I had to sanitize even after touching the chair arms. The garbage pictured had been there since 8am and I took this photo at almost 1pm

Huge shout out to Kathleen at the labor room. She is amazing. I only have good things to say for her. I had so much pain but the way she took care of me whole night I am truly grateful.Lexi is the other person I would like to Thank. She helped me with the delivery which went smooth. When I got shifted to Mother child care room, with Kelly and Magaret best care I have received. Last but not least the doctor who helped with the delivery is a fabulous doctor and Shannon lactation Consultant, she is super!!!

My wife and i had the pleasure of giving birth to our first child at the RGH and couldn't have been happier with our experience. Every member of their staff from the nurses,doctors and cleaning staff were amazing. Extremely friendly, incredibly helpful and just overall amazing. We could not be happier and more thankful to the staff there.

They had me wait 5 hours in emerg just to tell me they can’t take a follow-up X-ray without an appointment. Could’ve told me that before wasting my entire evening. Vending machine doesn’t work. Did I mention emergency room patients have to pay for parking? Oh, and the machine to pay doesn’t even accept cash. The staff were also rude as hell. If you leave to grab a snack from your car you lose your spot in the triage. Walked in to get an X-ray, waited 5 hours and left with nothing but a parking ticket. What a joke,screw this place
