Honestly una no try at all, I bought goat suya for the first time, and I know the owner of Regalz won’t be able to eat the goat suya he or she is selling out to customers . The goat was as hard as burnt rubber, cooked and kept in the freezer For as long as possible, Cos I could taste it. the one y’all used in making it worse was the toppings, why? You gave me cabbage with a side of uncooked goat meat. Never again!!! Just look at the picture, are you happy with yourselves? You know you’re not Cos you can’t eat what you’re selling out…. Tired of everything Nigeria, even outside Nigeria we refused to do better for ourselves. Too bad. We all know if we buy suya in Nigeria, it’s more meat that vegetables, but we all reach here now, cheating ourselves in a massive ways. ‍
Regalz! I've visited here just once, and I was super excited. It gave me a familiar feeling, an experience I've not gotten since I left home. If you're new in North York especially Africans and you like the night life, you should visit this place. Thank me later. I know I'll definitely go back there again and again
Good vibe, clean spot and looks good. Food is not bad at all. One complaint is the music is way too loud in the evening after 9:30pm. Came with friends for the vibe but we couldn't hear eachother, I mean we do expect loud music but for chill spot like this, the music was way too loud, ridiculously loud. We checked with the decibel app, and at one point the music was hitting 120dB, which is insane!!
Extremely unprofessional!!!!!!!!!!! The service is slow. Not sure why they call it a restaurant when you can't hear your friends talking because the music is too loud. The server's brings your food talking all over it. The food wasn't fully cooked. This isn't a restaurant it's a club. They actually deserve no stars.
Extremely disappointed. Order took 2 hrs to arrive. The Uber driver was told multiple times that order would be ready in “5 minutes”, he ended up waiting for about 40 minutes. Food arrived cold and bland, the catfish barely had any sauce or seasoning on it. My previous Regalz order of shawarma was also a let down, there was no chicken in it, only a hotdog with cabbage slaw. Decided to give them another try since they had good food the first time I ordered from them when restaurant newly opened. Sadly, out of 4 orders, only 1 has been without complaints. Was really rooting for you guys, disappointed and never ordering from Regalz again. Guess they’ve decided to focus more on the club aspect of business at the expense of food.
Went there last weekend, even thou they were short staffed,Jasmine the sever/bartender was amazing and very accommodating. She is the reason why for the five star. Workers like this need to be praised!!!
The fish and Plantain was very bad. The oil used had after taste and smell. Ise- awu had too much pepper. I would not patronize this restaurant anyone.Food: 1/5
Went to take lunch, this is new and good restaurant, the customer service is awesome, clean and neat, there was an Indian restaurant in the place before this,
The Jollof rice , coleslaw and plantains were a perfect combo. Fried turkey was well cooked like back home lagos standard . There fish and plantains is superRecommended dishesCatfish Pepper Soup, Coconut Rice and Goat Meat, Jollof Rice Asun and a Side Coleslaw
Most horrible place I have been to. Customer service is zero. We were kept waiting for more than 20 minutes even though there was a table right in front of us. It took them another 30 minutes to clear the table of the bottles. I had to beg a waiter to get the menu list and had to go meet another staff to order for what we needed. It’s a classical case of a place where the staff are so busy doing nothing. The only thing they got right was the music. The food was also slightly okay. I sure won’t be going back.
