Regal Nails Salon & Spa

If there was an option to put 0 stars, I would. My cousins and I called into the salon and asked if they had time for 3 acrylic fills. She told us that they weren't busy at all and to come in. Upon coming in, we saw they were very busy and explained that we called and they said we would be able to be served right away. The manager continued to talk bad about us to her co workers in their language and laugh at us. She told us that we either imagined that we called or that we are lying about calling in general. After showing her our phone and the call log, she felt extremely embarrassed and began to apologize. She also told us that she does not make appointments but later showed us that there is appointments booked all night and that we can't get our nails done today. Horrible customer service!!

Average job up until painting. Coats applied too fast. Polish bubbled.

Come here if you have no other options. Their prices are incredibly high (double of other salons)

I was given a gift certificate for a pedicure here. I was pleasantly surprised. It was like a spa experience, not one of those places where you go in and they do your nails or feet as quick as they can while doing a good job. It's still fairly quiet, since it's located in the new Walmart location on Centennial. Most people don't know it's there. If you're looking for a soothing experience this place is the place to go.
