My mom has only seen the PA, never met Dr Ward. He doesn't come see his clients when they are hospitalized- she has been hospitalized five times and were informed by the hospital staff that he doesn't come to hospital. Letters from the home health care workers day that she can take care of herself anymore never loaded to her file. So we wasted a trip there to discuss her condition. Go somewhere else and don't waste your time. The ads are deceiving because you only see PA even when you schedule to see Dr. Ward himself.

With my constantly changing schedule, it can be difficult scheduling appointment. Dr. Ward is very understanding and is able to adjust my appointments as my schedule changes. They are also fairly easy to get appointments so that I am not waiting for more than a few days. Definitely the best doctor's experience I have had in a long time.

I absolutely love this doctors office! I've seen all the PA's and Dr. Reed ward but I mainly see PA Trent. He makes you feel like your voice is being heard, and investigates any concerns you have. I'm so happy I have a doctor who truly cares for my well-being. If you have had a rough go around, look no further and give Dr. Reed Wards office a shot, you won't be disappointed! Front staff is amazing as well!

I was refused any communication with an attending physician over an apparent miscommunication over billing. Then treated very rudely by their staff saying that was ABSOLUTELY NEVER going to happen. Very suspect when they won't address a billing dispute. Would never recommend to anyone!
