I started attending River Medical in 2018 after having my second baby. I had a number of skin issues, including pigmentation, and fine lines from years living in the sun. I first met with Aisling who is amazing at what she does. She is incredibly knowledgable and knew exactly the treatments to advise and carefully created a skin care plan based on my needs and concerns. . Since then I have had many treatments done by Nicole, whom I trust completely with my skin. I love going back each time to River Medical because of their professionalism, their warm welcome and the beautiful clinic decor!
Had first session of cool sculpting done with River Medical today. Really good experience from beginning to end. I had Emily and Danielle looking after me, they were just so caring and professional and put me totally at ease, Emily is such a lovely girl she made sure i had everything i needed during my session and was really attentive. Danielle is so knowledgeable and explains everything so well!Looking forward to my next session, cant wait to see the results in the next few weeks! Thanks so much
My experience at River Medical has been amazing. I had ultheraphy on my eyelids Aisling is not only a complete professional friendly and very helpful lady. Great care is taken in ensuring your time is comfortable and the treatment was fantastic. The receptionist was very welcoming and friendly too. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
I recently had fraxel treatment at River medical, I am so happy with the results. Aisling looked after me and advised me on the course of treatment I would require, she was so lovely as I was very self conscious about the pigmentation on my face, she was very clear in regards to what it would feel like and what to expect on the days after the treatment. The day of the treatment I was very red and for the next three days I was swollen, my skin had brown dry flakes also but it was all fully cleared up after a week and the fresh, clear skin underneath was well worth it. I’m so happy with the results and will definitely be back to River medical, every member of staff that I encountered were extremely friendly and very welcoming
I've recently completed my second Fraxel treatment and the results are beyond my expectations. Aisling is kind, patient and took the time to explain the procedure in detail to me and answered all the questions I had on what to expect. I have a pretty good pain tolerance, so for me I found the discomfort level of the procedure quite minimal. I experienced about 5 days of downtime with my first session and was so happy with the experience I booked another. Everyone at River Medical has been absolutely lovely to work with. I look forward to visiting again soon for more treatments.
Posting for my mother Laura - I am a woman in my 60s who had the secret RF treatment. I found it highly effective at softening deep lines and toning face and neck. The improvement was a lot more noticeable after the second treatment. Danielle who carried out the treatment is exceptionally skilled and honest with expectations. I would highly recommend river medical.
I have had a couple of treatments with River Medical recently and I can’t recommend this clinic enough. Dr. Emma and Aisling are so professional, reassuring and also so friendly and chatty. They explain everything so well and I immediately felt at ease throughout and also completely assured I was in good hands as it’s a medical led clinic. Having attended other clinics in the city, I can say that their attention to detail during treatments is top class. From Shona at reception to the girls doing the treatments everyone is so welcoming and professional. This clinic is 10/10
Wonderful staff with warm, relaxing, clinic surroundings and fantastic quality and variety of treatments. Jo took care of my hydra facial and it was a great experience from beginning to end. Jo was friendly and professional and gave me really good advice, without trying to upsell. I would highly recommend river Medical.
I've been here three times now for a course of Pelleve eye treatments and I couldn't recommend River Medical highly enough. From a lovely welcome at the door by the receptionist, to Aisling who performed the treatment so professionally but personably, it was 5-star treatment during each appointment. The Pelleve itself is so pleasant and soothing and gave my skin a nice glow afterwards. What I greatly appreciated was that there was never an upsell aspect to any of the appointments, only recomendations of my options when I mentioned areas of concern on my face. A big thanks to Aisling for being so kind and knowledgeable. I'll be 40 next year so I'll definitely book in for a full face treatment.
The whole experience from the moment you arrive at River Medical is one of professionalism and a high standard of care. All the staff are so kind and very welcoming. I just completed a course of the Emsella chair recently. After having a baby, I saw a female physio but never achieved the results I wanted. After just 2 sessions of Emsella, I could feel the difference! Now after 6 sessions, I have experienced no issues like I did before. I went back to the female physio to get a check up and they were impressed! I think the Emsella chair is a great support to women to help get back their confidence and feel like themselves I highly recommend River Medical and will be booking in for maintenance sessions in the future. Always seek medical advice from your doctor before starting any medical treatment.
