We ordered flowers for our wedding from Reed's Florist including a large head table arrangement. We had the most exceptional service - including a full consultation outlining all of our exact needs. The design suggestions were invaluable and they carefully incorporated our wedding colours and theme. Delivery on the day-of was seamless. Flowers were beautiful and unique and lasted all day and night. Would absolutely recommend.

First class service - I'm in the UK and Reeds always make sending flowers to family in Ajax an absolute dream. They've helped me with special requests before and the bouquets always arrive in wonderful condition. Can't recommend highly enough!!

I would like to express my complete satisfaction with the service I received this Mother's Day. I have been purchasing floral arrangements from various Reed's locations over the past 20 years, however have really utilized the Ajax location primarily for my online orders. When the order didn't arrive exactly as requested, I contacted them and Jeffrey immediately responded and offered to exchange the flowers that were delivered, in order to meet my satisfaction. At a busy time like Mother's Day, not only did he respond in a timely manner, but he resolved the matter the same day. I will continue to use this location for all of my future deliveries in Durham. Excellent and enthusiatic care and service over my issue! Thank you for all you did Jeffrey!

Went to the flower shop two weeks ago picked up some really nice roses and they lasted a long time great quality all hand picked and Jeff and Phill very easygoing and great to chat with
