Fabulous Service, with a follow up email to ensure the delivery was successful. Thank you for making it easy to send my thanks and appreciation to someone special, as I am no where near to do so myself! Would definitely recommend!!

This was a very positive experience shopping with Loris Hearts and Flowers. I got a call from the florist stating she didn't have the same flowers as the arrangement showed online and she would have to substitute    She wanted to be sure I was okay with that.   I really appreciated the call when in the past some other flower shops never gave me that courtesy. She was still able to make a beautiful arrangement and got a customer who will return for certain   Thank you so much for the excellent customer service
