I was not pleased at all with his office. The hygenist was rough and the dentist was rude. Not only that but they told me the dentist I had seen last time was busy and asked me if I would see another, not explaining that my bill would increase substantially because I would be seeing an out-of-network dentist. When I complained about the additional amount I was billed I was basically told that if all their doctors took my Delta Dental PPO insurance that they would have to see more patients to make the same amount of money. It was obvious where their priorities were and it wasn't in quality Care

I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I trust Dr Gould 110%.
