My Community Dental Centers ~ Big Rapids

I find my experiences there to be mixed. The hygienists are wonderful and the dentists do a great job too. However, the front desk is an experience that literally humiliates me, on the regular. For the most part this is not the fault of staff. I can regularly hear telephone conversations that should be private between employees and patients. There is no window in the front desk and the openness of the windows and lobby cause information to be announced to the entire lobby!! One receptionist acts like she’s never missed an appointment and it’s her job to point out to everyone when you do. This was not the receptionist I had today. Unfortunately the one I had today was piggybacking off the last time I was in the office. Seriously, please get a window!! I should not have to feel as though my information is being shouted across a room and reception should not have to apologize for speaking in their normal voice. That’s why doctors offices have windows!!

The people I have met so far have all been very friendly. My questions were answered completely and simple. I cannot give a full review or offer any real opinions as iIam having dentures made and we are just getting started. I am however looking forward to it and have great hopes for the finished product.

I am deathly afraid of dentists. I was terrified to call and make an appointment. But when I got there everyone was really nice. The Dentist was very patient and understanding. He would take a break to check on me and make sure I was ok. The assistant we're we're amazing as well. Thank you!!

I was so afraid to go to a dentist due to how my childhood dentist treated me. I avoided going for years and years. Finally came here b/c I was having unbearable tooth pain. Very happy that I did. I am treated so nicely by everyone. My teeth are starting to look and feel better! I told my sister about this dentist. She will probably be a patient here soon!!!

My first visit was very welcoming. Great personalities and very professional. Set up a game plan right away. I feel very lucky to have found such a great team for my Dental needs.
