We are excited to announce that Reds Sports has opened in Lacombe, AB! Make us your local source for sporting goods, footwear, supplies, apparel and more.

Story

The story of Reds Sports:
We, like many other moms, got tired of having to go to Red Deer every time our very active and growing children needed cleats, socks or water bottles. It was discouraging to drive away from the trout pond because our tackle boxes looked a little bare. Instead of complaining, we partnered up and created Reds Sports! Reds Sports is Lacombe's own source for sporting goods, fishing supplies, activewear, and footwear. Our goal is to promote an active lifestyle through sport participation and outdoor recreation. We are very excited about this opportunity and look forward to serving Lacombe, Lacombe County and other surrounding communities.

Where did the name "Reds" come from? Well, come on in to Reds Sports and meet us. We are easy to find...We are both redheads.

Wow! My daughter signed up for Ringette as a first timer and started the next day and we needed ALL her gear, quickly!. Not only did we find everything we needed, the staff helped her choose her items, size her up and prep her gear. This place is an excellent example of small town service and great prices under one roof. We will never go anywhere else now. Thank you thank you!
Great selection of sporting goods, footwear and clothing. It’s surprising how many products are available. Prices are reasonable. The staff are always friendly and eager to answer any questions you might have. The business is also very community minded and give back a portion of sales to local sports clubs.
Cole saved us. Great services. Friendly. We blew a tire riding from red deer to Lacombe and Reds helped us get back on the road. Thank you!!!!
Went and checked out the new bike shop location near the university , super friendly and helpful staff and tons of rad stock. Seems like the place you can pop by and get the part you need and are looking for in a snap or just an awesome bike shop you could spend time hanging out talking bikes with people that love bikes. If you are in central Alberta or coming through I recommend checking this shop out!

Brought 12 pairs of skates in for sharpening on a Friday evening U18 AA Players with specific radius expectations. The staff was friendly and helpful. More importantly, Reds did a expert job on the skates quickly and efficiently!

I took my teenaged son into the store to buy a new tire for his BMX bike. All of the store employees were exceptionally helpful, the store is laid out beautifully and now I know where it is and that they carry all kinds of clothing, shoes and accessories. I will now check there before resorting to ordering blindly online! I wish I had known they carried backpacks and good shoes before I ordered my kids' school clothes!: Thank-you so much for the helpful advice to my boy who's bike is his wheels at this age!:
My husband and I stopped in this weekend to look for some bike accessories and check out the store. It was a very positive experience. The staff were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They were genuinely interested in providing great customer service without pressure to purchase. We bought a bike pump and we each purchased a pair of shoes as well. Their shoe selection is super and they've got a great selection of inventory for a wide variety of sports. If they don't have it, they offer to order it in and have it in store very quickly. We left very impressed.
I had to get a bike repair done at that very short notice. Store staff were great, saying no problem. Don, the bike tech, was super helpful. Besides fixing the bike, he also pointed out some other things I should keep an eye. Also had a great chat about the area. Great store with local owners, friendly and helpful.
