Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

This place was filthy. All the glass deviders has finger prints and smudges. The bathroom was dirty as well. We sat down and not a word from our waiter they they we out of all promotional menu items... so I was gonna order the brisket fries. And my husband was gonna get the burger. The waiter came back after getting our drink order and we went to order and that's when we found out . Horrible.

Me and my family travel full time for work and we love going to Red Robin wherever we are at. This Yakima location was very accommodating to our food allergies which include no gluten and no dairy. The burger was even hot!nI highly recommend this Red Robin location as a allergy friendly restaurant.

They did an amazing job of making gluten free and dairy free food. They even figured out a treat to bring my daughter who has food allergies for her birthday. They were incredibly accommodating and kind!nMy kids loved the colored balloons at this location.

Excellent for a chain. The burger was hot and juicy. The fries came out fresh. Service was really good for how busy they were. It was packed but we were able to get a seat right away.

This experience has been brutal. The wait. The food. The service. I’m not sure if my waitress Brittany was having a bad day but the amount of care that was shown to my table and tables around me was very little. A part of my order was missing. No water refills the entire meal, asked for one extra basket of fries and waited 25 plus minutes.
