Straightforward service and food. Nothing spectacular, but the same quality and service we have come to enjoy at Red Robin. Lots of parking in the rear lot, short walk to the main doors. Quick service and our server was prompt. We always enjoy our visits here.Food: 4/5
Had a very nice experience here. They were following proper covid protocols. Everything was nice and clean and there was proper social distancing. Our server Audrey was very nice and we constantly had our fries and drinks refilled. Burgers were cooked exactly how we wanted them and everything was very tasteful. We went here for a birthday and the ice cream sundae was excellent. Place is very spacious and has a lot of room. This is located over by the movie theater in I would highly recommend it.we went at 2:00 in the afternoon so it was not too busy and there was no wait. We got our food on a timely manner and everything went by smoothly.
Edit 2023: tried RR after 4 years. Some improvements were made. I Uped the rating but still has a huge gap to make up to other burger joints Burger fell apart in my hands after 1st bite. Bun was stale French fries under cooked WE SPECIFICALLY SAID MAKE FRIES CRISPY ! waiter was good but terrible food. Only went there with coupon. Last time same deal coupon. Not EVER going back...why would I ?!
Our first time going to red robin, our waiter Ike was absolutely a treasure and made the experience even better. The food was delicious, I ordered the royal robin burger and although it was messy to eat it was one of the best burgers I've ever had. We all had a wonderful lunch. Kid-friendliness: Our child dropped a mini corn dog on the ground and without hesitation our waiter asked us if we would like a replacement made! Very kind and thoughtful.
Our waitress was very nice and attentive. Food was all fresh and hot, tasted so good. However. They seem to have a bad nat problem. They are all around the tables and fly over your food and drinks. The entire time we were swatting the flies away from our faces, was not fun.. Kid-friendliness: They have crayons and a coloring page for your kids. The staff was very nice and interactive with my son and he loved being included!
The wait staff was friendly but they seemed way overstaffed but still had huge waits for literally everything from water to silverware. In fact they ran out of silverware and didn’t bring plates either with our appetizers which were cold before we even got a napkin. Worst red robin I have ever visited. The price has gotten ridiculous as well. $18 for a veggie burger!? No thanks, will not be returning.
Our server was great and the food was fantastic! I loved their Cod and chips.... this is much better than the one on Monroe Street in my opinion.Food: 5/5
Stopped with a friend on 2/11/23. We were seated quickly, but unfortunately it was by the bathrooms we had continuous traffic rolling by our table. I got the BLTA on croissant and it was very good. My only suggestion would be to slice the avocado instead of putting avocado chunks on. The chunks just kept falling off. Nevertheless it was very tasty.
I never had red robin before I moved to ohio. I love the food. Sometimes you have a long wait but that tells ya that its good if people are willing to wait that long Parking: There is a very small area to park unless you park and walk a little way
