I have been to other places and didn’t notice any changes in hair reduction. I was recommended by one of my Friends To try Red Lotus Spa & Laser.When I booked my initial Consultation, I was explained the treatment process in a detail. They are so professional and know what they are talking about when it comes to any questions about treatments. I have had 3 Treatments so far & I can see the big difference in the treated areas. Probably the best customer service I have ever received in all areas reception and the treatment itself. You can tell that they truly care about helping their clients with the treatments they provide - which is a pretty great feeling when getting something mildly uncomfortable like laser treatment. The spa is clean, organized, and really professional. I am moving out of Abbotsford but I will make the drive to come here rather than back to the offices I have been to in Vancouver. I was nervous on my first consultation because I've heard that laser removal in sensitive area can be painful. I've tried sugaring and waxing before so I assumed there will be a level of pain involved in the removal of the hair. I was pleasantly surprised on my first visit. Sundeep was very thorough in her explanation about the whole process and she informed me every time she started the machine. I knew exactly what to expect. And for anyone who doesn't want any pain during and after the process, choose the icy one. So worth it.
