Red Lobster

Amazing food and great service!! Used to think it was too expensive to go often, but with inflation bringing every restaurants prices up it is suddenly quite reasonable depending on what you order. The garlic shrimp is amazing, the calamari was fantastic and I’m a texture person so I wasn’t expecting to like it and the unlimited cheddar bay biscuits are SO good. We’ve been twice in the last month as a post-baby date night, and a friends birthday. Both nights were great and we’ll be back soon for another date night!

Worth the trip!! We drove just to go to Red Lobster to celebrate our 2 yr anniversary and it was so worth it. Staff is super friendly and helpful, fast service. The drinks we’re amazing and the food was perfect, well seasoned, big portions and cooked to perfection! Will be going back for sure.

The service provided by our waitress Marla was great! She was super attentive and was there whenever we needed her. The food was Ok at best. Lobster bisque was salty and the meals were ok. My parents love this place so we just go for them. Personally I wouldn’t go there when there are so many other great seafood places in Ottawa

I loved this place!! The service was above and beyond and the food was delicious. I created my own feast with what i wanted and my SO got the bowl with all the seafood in it. And of course the bread was just as good as always. We both got mai tai cocktails and it was really good as well.

What an amazing service was given by the staff. I was I. and out of the capital today and needed to grab lunch and since we don't have Red lobster in Québec anymore and I haven't been here since the start of the pandemic I figured I would come and have a quick bite to eat. I arrived just at the start of lunch. The staff sat me promptly and took my order quickly. food was very fresh and hot and the peach lemonade was just the right amount of tart and sweet.

The food was delicious, excellent service, all the staff very friendly. The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere and nice lighting. In general everything was clean, however the bathroom was a bit dirty. The prices are not cheap, but accessible from time to time.

Friendly service and quick o m win. The wait times are very long even with a reservation so make sure you are not too hungry or you might get grumpy with the wait. Good food

Nothing special. The service is good, the price is moderate but the food was nothing special. I will probably not go back. EDIT: Thank you very much for responding. I appreciate that very much. There was nothing wrong with my visit and you didn't let me down. But the experience as a whole was only average, the food was not scrumptious, I didn't feel like I wanted to come back for more so, I wouldn't be honest with you if I gave you 4 or 5 stars. Just that.

I had been wanting to eat here for a long while so my husband finally brought me for my birthday this year. The food was amazing and definitely worth the price and you can't beat those biscuits.

Excellent service and a fantastic seafood dish! We signed up on the waitlist app and went to the restaurant, notified them we were here, then waited a few minutes and were escorted to our table. Great evening and experience!
