Great staff. Everyone was very knowledgeable about the menu. I gave 4 stars because our server rarely checked on us and we had to go track someone down a few times to refill our drinks, get our bill etc. I have been a server/bartender for 10 years so I see it from the servers point of view, and knew she was busy, but I would imagine others were not so understanding! Food was good though!

Well, against my better judgement I tried them again. The last time I visited this place I vowed to never return. My previous experience consisted of 30 min wait for someone to take our order, and an additional 45 min wait for food to never arrive.i left at that point. I fill out a survey and explained what had happened, received no response. This time, the service was a little better, but still very slow. Food was meadocer at best.

My parents always marked special occasions with a visit to Red Lobster. Today was the second anniversary my Mom had to celebrate without my dear Dad. The daughters brought our Mom to Red Lobster and had a dozen roses delivered. The staff went out of their way to make her day special. They bought her lunch and then brought out a brownie on a plate with happy anniversary written in carmel. You guys rock!
