1000 Degrees Neapolitan Pizzeria

Pizza had some raw dough and cold, raw toppings. I'm not even sure how that's possible in their oven, must have been taken out to quickly. Despite there being only a couple other people in the place, every table was dirty and we had to ask for a table to be cleaned. Also, no help on what to do. We were handed a number at the counter after he took our order, then nothing. Had to go back to the counter, reorder, and still not handed cups for our drinks. We just took them off the counter. Oh, and paper plates. Hard to cut raw pizza on paper plates.

1000s Degrees was my favorite pizza. The last two times I've ate here this month the service, management, and pizza has been terrible. I don't know why there has been such a drastic change.

Very hit or miss with this place. It can be the best pizza place in town but too often my pizza comes back burnt and inedible. My most recent to go order ended up in the garbage when we saw and tasted how burnt the pizza actually was.

2:30pm on a Sunday. The gentleman who is helping us is attentive, friendly, and helpful. The restaurant is clean, the food is great. Very quiet time to have visited this place. Usually it is pretty packed. I didn't catch the guy's name, but he's doing a great job. A much better experience than my first visit. The last time I was here, there were a ton of employees but a few of them were mostly joking around with each other or chatting so much that even the other employees were telling them to cut it out. Trying to get boxes for extra food, or the sauces that were supposed to come with the wings I ordered was a 5 minute ordeal.

I just left this location attached to the Baymont Inn in Grand Forks. Pizza was good and front line staff were super helpful and professional. My only complaint is the female manager who clearly has no clue how to lead, motivate or inspire others. The so called manager humiliated her young employee in front of all her other employees and customers 3 times in a matter of 15 minutes. This women needs a serious "how to" class in basic management skills as she hasn't a clue. Hopefully the owners of the store do their business a favour and fire her before she damages their more than their name.
