Red Lobster

Delicious food and great atmosphere. The service is always great. They let us know that the food would take a while since there were a lot of big groups that came in all at once. Refills for shrimp were slow, but understandable with how busy they get on the weekends. Would definitely recommend this place to a friend. One important thing to remember when you go here or any restaurant, open tables doesn't mean they have servers to cover them.

Thought it was great. Had endless shrimp so I ate like pimp. A shrimp pimp.. service was great food was hot. Was early so didn't have to wait but sometimes think people who write these reviews just like to complain.

Personally, I'm not impressed with this Red Lobster. I've been to it several times and it's always cold and dark inside. There can be long waits for a table or booth. The waitresses are decent, but sometimes the service can be slow and the food isn't always cooked that well. The food isn't terrible, but it's not great for the money you spend. The food is overpriced. St. Cloud itself doesn't have many good restaurants and this place is no exception. Overall 2.5/5

I get more and more disappointed each time I come. However, my kids wanted it. First stood at the "welcome" podium for like five minutes while the three people there tried to decide where they would seat us when there were ample places. I felt like we were being treated secondary. Our server wasn't very engaging. Felt like everything he was saying was from a script and heaven forbid he should vary from it. All ordered ultimate feasts which were in my opinion just "ok". The lobster tales tasted like water and the shrimp scampi clearly had bee. Sitting under a heat lamp and also lacked any flavor (except one of the shrimp tasted like bad fish). Portions are small and everything is overpriced. It's too bad there isn't an alternative as I would most likely go there instead.

Tia was EXTREMLELY rude over the phone. TERRIBLE customer service. She was super crabby
