Buffalo Wild Wings

I am giving a one star because I went in yesterday and today. Yesterday I went in and had a rewards redemption choice for a free medium wing. They told me I couldn’t use it that day because they had a buy one get one free deal. So I came back in today. They didn’t give me ANY dipping sauce OR silverware. I asked him for ranch which he took his time doing, and I didn’t realize I had no silverware until I got home. I also was eating it and saw/am looking at a hair in my wings. Don’t know if I will ever go back to this location. I would rather travel the 70 miles to go to the location in the cities! 0 stars!!!

You can never go wrong with BWW. The lunch hour service is super quick, friendly staff, and great food. We get our lunch orders in 15 minutes or less, never have to wait either. Good parking. Seems like a great place for sports watching or just having a beer and wings at the bar. Kid friendly too, they have tablets for kids to play with!

Good wings! Burgers are good, too. A little higher priced than other places that you can get wings. Extensive Rub and Sauce menue. Atmosphere is a little cafeteria-like. Many tv monitors to watch. Very sports oriented.

I usually love, and would choose to eat here all the time. But tonight was something different... Tuesday, November 15, 2017 First ordered our food. It came out nearly an hour later. In the midst of this, two tables who got sat before us; first about 15 minutes and the other, few minutes afterwards. They ended up getting their food before us, and right before receiving our food they even got their checks. Friend's wings had very little to no sauce. Wings had the wrong sauce for mine, when the right style was brought out, the dry rub wasn't there that I asked for twice. Side note, all I had to drink was water, and after finally getting out of the building, since it took nearly 10 minutes to get our checks after eating, and it being pretty slow in the bar area we were at. I ended up puking. I told the manager about the situation with the food and how long it took. But when I went to ask about talking to a manager about the puking, there wasn't one in sight after someone said they'd go get him. Never have I had this situation happen, at a place I enjoy, and is mainly the first thing I suggest to go out to eat at, and this service, if you can even call it that, be so horrendous. Complete BS!!!

Order was mixed up and I was givin bone-in, rather than boneless. Called and the manager Ethan was super pleasant about the situation. We got our boneless wings, bone-in wings, and was giving $10 off and a free snack size. Not to mention he shook my hand and offered plastic ware any napkins or free dipping sauce.
