Service was spectacular and the food was excellent. Which made for an amazing experience. The restaurant was very clean and well lit. All of the employees were friendly, polite and courteous. Couldn't ask for anything more and can't wait to return.
Friendly service, Delicious food Waitress was prompt with drinks, cleaning up dishes,checking back. Well worth the trip to Red Lobster Thanks again. P.s. biscuits were tasty yes waitress should of brought that second basket but yet again I'm glad she didn't we were stuffed fellas.
Service was good. The "sides" were bigger than expected. Biscuits always to die for. Lobster punch was delicious but sweetin case you don't like sweet.Food: 5/5
Dinner was perfect! Rainbow trout was grilled to perfection, their green beans were fresh and seasoned just right, and the baked potato was very good. I love the salted skin. Hubby had fish and chips. He did address the fact that for the price he expected more than one piece of cod, Where as, at another local restaurant which serves north Atlantic cod with 2 pieces for a dollar less, with the same sides fries and Cole slaw. However, their biscuits are to die for! They beat a bland dinner roll any day. Our waitress was very nice, informative of the menu items, and did her job very well. If we needed refills on beverages, she was prompt, she checked to see if we needed anything extra, and asked how our meals tasted. The restaurant was very nice and clean, and the ambiance was very nice as well. Definitely a 5 star from me and would recommend others to dine there as well.
Food was good but not as good as it usually is. My coconut shrimp were overcooked so they were a little tough to chew. It wasn't busy many empty tables but they must've been short staffed as we had to wait almost 15 minutes to be seated. Our waitress was great and and had a wonderful personality. She made our dining experience fantastic.
Ultimate lobster punch with captain Morgan spiced rum. The starter was the best, we had mushrooms stuffed with seafood and that was full of flavor "I posted a pic of it". The ultimate meal was excellent. Red lobster knows how to cook shrimp. Any shrimp they did was excellent. Finally the lobster, full of meat and they are well peeled off on your plate. Overall excellent taste and worth every penny. Kid-friendliness: They have kids menu and orange for sides. Wheelchair accessibility: Every door is integrated with wheel chair accessibility Dietary restrictions: Their menu has calories mentioned for each item. You can track your intake and most of the seafood is low calorie and protein rich.
Signed up online and was updated right away! Was seated immediately with a request for table and chairs! 5 people birthday party everyone's food was cooked perfectly and very yummy! Two big scoops of Ice cream with chocolate and caramel with 5 spoons! Very relaxing atmosphere and great service!Food: 5/5
Excited to go out for lunch. Picked the all you can eat soup, salad and biscuits and upcharged to the lobster bisque. the lobster bisque was sour tasting with no lobster what so ever, so it must just be made from water that that the lobster was cooked in, changed to a bowl of clam chowder which was watered down very much and cold. Salad was good but no offer of more and same with biscuits. Server which was very pleasant had to be hailed to get a second cup of soup. While my meal was very sub par the other person's meal was the usual according to them. Not sure I will go back anytime soon.
My family took me out to Red Lobster, Mt Pleasant , tonight for my birthday. The food was great and our wait staff was wonderful. Thank you Bethany for taking care of us during our meal. Vegetarian options: My broccoli was steamed too perfection. Kid-friendliness: Bethany catered to my two grandkids.
Server was very pleasant, food was good. Was seated right under an air conditioning vent that was blasting in February no less so food cooled off fast.Food: 4/5
