Ordered the country fried steak & eggs. It was good. Big portion. Pancakes are always good here. I ordered grits with cheese, as a side, and it came in a big bowl but they weren't really good.

In general, the food and service were good but the pancakes were awful. In the pictures the pancake looks good but it wasn't ready inside... I guess it won't happen if you'll come in the middle of the week and not on Saturday / Sunday. I don't feel comfortable to give them more than 3 stars. #ihop #pancakes #omlet #breakfast #coffee

Loved loved loved our server. He handled everything so well and was quick and kind. Good location.

Table I was sat at was dirty, I took my napkin and my hand sanitizer to wipe it off and the napkin had a handprint covered in nasty residue and crumbs. Table had not been properly or thoroughly cleaned in some time. Also, people were not social distancing everyone was sat down with no booths or tables between.

That little waitress we had yesterday I didn't catch your name but she stayed on top of us make sure everything was in order and everything that we needed she was right there great place really great Annette turkey and mashed potatoes and broccoli was so good

Great prompt, friendly and efficient service. The pancakes were light and fluffy and the omelette was one of the best that I have ever had. A great start to the day.

The "Colorado" omelet was very good, especially with hot sauce! The Covid friendly House of Pancakes was clean and the sevice was perfect.

The staff was super friendly! We had Kirsten and she above and beyond for us! The food was really good and fast!! If you are around Mount Pleasant, SC definitely stop by! It'll be worth it!!
