Me and my daughter went there for dinner. I have not been there in a long time service was great. I know they are short staffed. I asked to be seated at the bar. The bartender was wonderful served us drinks. And then we received it and are appetizer came very fast the food was great. I have not been there in a long time. I would go back again and recommend it to other people.
This location is my mother's favorite spot. We usually have her surprise birthday dinners here. Now I have to admit that the customer service has not been what it once was years ago. But I have faith in you guys that y'all will get it together, and it will become how it used to be. That's the only reason why I rated you 4 stars. Hopefully, one day, it can be changed into a 5 Besides that the food is always fresh and tasteful. The customer service has been getting better recently. Keep up the great work 09/2023 - Keziah!!! I have been to Red Lobster many times, especially for their complimentary biscuits that we love. Nothing can beat that. The host was very nice and attentive. The place needs to be cleaned a little better. I like their salmon, but its not the best. Even with the blackend option, it lacks flavor. The sides were good and overall meal was nice.
Very good but not the best seafood I have had. Its a good choice if you have not been in a while and crave seafood. Not everything is good, stay away from the bisque because it taste like canned soup and the garlic shrimp taste like a stick of butter with shrimp in it. However most other dishes are good like the baked fish, lobster tails, coconut shrimp, and many side dishes. The free biscuits are great. A little on the expensive side but reasonable.
DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS LOCATION. I placed an online order, had no idea it was a call center. I arrived to the restaurant to pick up my order which they couldn't locate. The young lady in line ahead of me had a problem with her order as well. Order pick up time 5:15pm. After 4 staffers asked if I was here for an order, I showed my receipt and confirmation. The manager Bobbi Joe stated that the order had been switched to Door dash never personally used in my life. I requested the order be made and she stated that although she sees the receipt and confirmation number store policy states they cannot remake or refund. I asked for another manager whom she stated she could not call. Bobbie Joe had no name tag on and conveniently gave another manager's name as her own which a worker corrected for me. Absolutely no customer satisfaction whatsoever. No gift card for inconvenience, absolutely no apology, no refund and no food. I will be falling on complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and I will be contacting an attorney, regardless of the amount it's the principle. When you call the phone number it does not say that you're being transferred over to a call center, and nor is it written on the website.
Placed our order @ 1:20pm 3 tables received food eat and left b4 our order arrived 1hr later. Now remind you the other tables came after we had been seated. We asked for mire biscuits received them 25min later. My table mate asked for a soda and was told it was like a fruit punch but they left the fruit and punch back at the factory and got colored seltzer water instead. My other table ate received cold food and was scared to send it back. So all in all we wasn't happy with the service but still left him a tip. I understand restaurant are lacking help but geeesh that made no scene. I do applaud the manager who was very apologetic.
Dine there tonight 10/24/23 and the service to the food was awful. It was a 30/45min which was fine but from there it went down hill from there. They “ran out” of snow crab so a more expensive crab was order was told that they were bigger and have more meat but they were basic snow crab. Went with 5 others all sides were cold! And when brought more out they were just as cold. Asked for manager because the quality of food and instead of manager coming to talk about situation she just deducted 30 from the bill and the waiter brought us the bill. I had to hould down the manager and complain because after we asked for the manager initially the waiter stopped coming to our table. Not only did she stop waiting on us she got upset that no tip was left for her. Service was absolutely awful! 10 out of 10 I would not recommend! Do better!
We came here for the endless shrimp and weren't disappointed, it was delicious and fresg. The service was pleasant, but slow. It's a Friday night though so not surprised by that. What was surprising was the amount of fruit/drain flies that seemed to be infesting everywhere. We were constantly swatting them away throughout our entire meal. The floor looked like it needed sweeping and there was a bag of trash under a table nearby the entire time we were there.
The service was spectacular! Ordered the surf and Turf. My lobster was a little overdone so I couldn’t eat it but the manager offered to fix it herself. I’m skeptical with seafood and a little picky in general so I declined but I have no doubt that it would have totally fixed. My husband loved the endless shrimp!Food: 3/5
No wait to be seated which is really good for dinner time on a Sunday. The service was initially a little slow, even though the dining room was not busy. The restaurant's volume began to pick up, although the service didn't improve. Food was a little disappointing as well. Some items on the endless shrimp were not available, and the scampi was not as good as it typically is.
