Great service, excellent food. I ordered the double lobster. One was grilled, and the grilled one came with a little bit of a burnt taste. The other was cooked regularly and tasted great. Suggest asking for 2 regular lobsters. Had baked potato with lobster on top. AMAZING!!! Absolutely delicious!! Had broccoli it was tender and good too. Had a berry drink similar to a Margarita. Watch out for brain freeze lol Has a very light taste but give it a chance. It's also very photogenic. Vanilla cheese cake for dessert YUM!
Good food and a friendly server. Try the brussel sprouts...very tasty with crunchy onions. A great dinner if you have the money. Be prepared for a $70 bill for three. Try the app for discounts and rewards.
Always great food and service. Love those cheddar biscuits I have been to this Red Lobster twice, the second time was not as great. The steak was ok not great and the lobster tail was disgusting , it was grey and shriveled. Not I'm not one to send something back to the kitchen in fear that I will receive a new plate of food, with the addition of human contamination in it. So for a restaurant that specializes in sea food it would make more sense that the steak was bad, but the lobster.... Not cool. Reduced my star rating from 4 to 3, the waiting staff is still very good, can't complain there. Just step up your game Red Lobster!
I would like to start out by saying I have always loved red lobster and have been going here occasionally since I was 7 or 8 years old and I have always had pretty good food from here. Now let me explain why I have decided to come on here and give this review. I received a nice gift certificate and was excited to return and have a meal at the Traverse City Red Lobster again. I arrived and this time was not really greeted and just sent back to a table. Me and my family ordered drinks and our meals and up to this point it was a pretty decent experience so far however this is where everything turned for the worse. I ordered the special which was the lobster lovers plate 52 dollar meal. all 3 meals arrived in a pretty good time and it all looked pretty good until I went to eat my lobster dinner. It was almost stone cold not even warm to the touch. I was able to flag down a waitress after sitting for about 5 minutes staring at my cold plate of food while my family ate theirs. I finally got the attention of the waitress and they took my meal back and said they would prepare another one. After watching my family eat and finish their meals my second lobster meal finally arrived. The pasta was actually somewhat warm at this time but the lobster tails once again were barely warm which you would think freshly cooked seafood should be piping hot and this was far from the case. I ate what I could of the meal because I was beyond frustrated at this point and just was ready to leave. I get to the payment part and I found I was charged for both my sides that were supposed to be coming with the meal as its choose 2 sides. The payment machine on the table had issues as well so even the payment process was a mess with my gift card. I left the restaurant and as soon as we got to the parking lot me and my family were very upset by how terrible it was this time. I never imagined a 52 dollar special from the restaurant would come out cold and for the most part tasteless but that is exactly what happened. I don't even know how to express the dissatisfaction I experienced after coming here for so many years and being happy with the meals and service I received. If I could leave less than 1 star I would but unfortunatly that is not possible. At this point in time I am not sure if I will go back or not because this was very upsetting. The prices are already high but when you mix poor quality with bad customer service it is not good.
The service was beyond excellent. Our waitress went out of her way to make sure our meal was wonderful. The food was good, but not as good as it used to be. There wasn't anything wrong with it. It just wasn't what I've come to expect from Red Lobster, especially when the prices have gone so high. Classic Margarita on the rocks was excellent, and the top shelf Long Island Ice Tea was phenomenal! It will be a while before we go back, simply because the prices are so high almost $200 for three people, with two appetizers and two cocktails, no dessert. I still recommend Red Lobster.
We had a very disappointing experience on our recent visit. During lobster fest we ordered lobster, of course. The menu Pic looked fluffy and delicious. We were drooling until the waitress sat the plates down. Mine was very small on one side, and the other side was the size of my little finger. My wife got only a single piece that was broken off at the end. We were in a hurry, it was late, and we didn't want the hassle . But it will be a long time before I drop over $125 at a Red Lobster.
Great date-night without the kids. Food was great my ny strip was perfect and I ordered a pina colada with raspberry effin good. Stuffed mushrooms were awesome as well. As to the service... exquisite. Our waitress very kindly tattooed woman whose name unfortunately escapes me was incredible. I'm not even the biggest seafood fan, but I will certainly be returning. Honestly better steak than some local steakhouse chains and the wife thoroughly enjoyed her crab. Service 5 Food 5 Price 5 Easily my top 10 dining experiences and I've eaten all over this country.
I got the Surf and Turf, I think? Either way, it was delicious. I really enjoyed my time there with family, and the service don't remember our waiters name was great!Food: 5/5
Very good service and great food as always for Red Lobster. The restaurant was a nice temperature and it was cozy inside. We showed up at about 9 15 PM after a basketball tournament and everything went super quick. The steaks were cooked to our liking and the biscuits were warm and tasty as per norm! Our server was very good and not too pushy. You could tell she has been doing her job a long time and knows when to come to the table and when to just let it be. Cant say enough good about this Red Lobster. After a bad experience at the last one I ate at, you guys totally redeemed yourselves! See you again soon!
Food is pretty good! Especially the lobster bisque and Brussels sprouts. Just made an order through door dash. Only thing that bummed me that my cake was missing. Hope for the future there will be a better eye on that.
