Lovely specialty meat market with a broad selection of prepared and raw meats, some with recipes and cooking instructions. Nice selection of wines as well. Easy street parking that is metered. A great place to stop before dinner or your next barbecue.
Best meat you can buy around in this area! Lean cuts and a friendly environment with staff willing to help you with any questions. The prices are high, but so is the quality you wont find anywhere else. I highly recommend this market.
Went to maxbauers for the first time in a long time and all I can say is wow! Absolutely exceptional service! They were SO busy and still were being kind, respectful, and helping every single person. Can’t wait to eat our prime rib on Christmas!

Just enjoyed THE best steak EVER USDA Prime Rib-Eye! And I’ve been eating steak at least once a week for 60 years since I was an infant! Lucky to have this place in our great town!
