Red Flame 赤焱 Teppan + Hot Pot

We were here for a quick dinner and it totally surpassed our expectations. The food is very authentically Taiwanese. I went with my mom and picky Asian aunties and they loved it. You know it's legit when picky Asian aunties love it lol. It's also GREAT value especially if you order a set because the portions are big. It's in a foodcourt but the food is totally restaurant-level. The food is fresh and delicious. Their stir-fried black pepper beef came out on a sizzling plate and brought us back to Asia. Their stir-fried three-cup chicken, chispy chicken, and beef noodle soup are so flavorful and yummy. Totally hit the spot!

Ordered through Ubereats. The Grill combo I ordered was so bad. The steak was overcooked and unable to chew. Too much noodles underneath and lack of flavor. And the green bean, you need to break the ends before serving, I thought that’s common sense? This place needs a lot of improvements. Feel bad I have to waste so much food this time.

They were very kind and recommended us to try the spicy beef noodles. It was delicious!
