I was told I was not allowed to stay on the phone when the safety video says just to keep phone conversations at a reasonable volume. I will NEVER take the Red Arrow again.

Just had a horrible experience where they left without me. I booked online and no where in the email does it say exactly where the stop is (in the back of the Sandman hotel) or to check in at the desk. So I waited at a bus stop at the hotel earlier than 9:30am, decided to ask hotel staff if I was in the right place. I wasn't. Went to were they said and got there at 9:31. Went to the ticket office and the sign on the door said I was at the right spot so I waited 15 minutes before going back inside, thinking the bus was late. The representative said the bus did leave without me and that I can't get a refund but I can rebook for a future date if I do it within 30 days. I live in California, this is my first time in Canada when am I ever going to need that? Red Arrow let me down the one time I needed them. Never again.

would not ever travel with this company told my mom the wrong pick up location and left her there without a ride. She had to find a alternate ride and would not reund her. horrible service
