The last time we drank from Real Fruit Bubble tea was in Ottawa. We decided to give this location a try as it has been so long. We ordered the Mango Diamond Slush with Mango Chunks and tapioca boba as well as a Passionfruit Green Tea with tapioca boba. Both drinks were upgraded to the large size at 2$ more and 0.50$ additional for the tapioca bobas. The mango slush had a nice taste and the mango chunks provided additional natural sweetness. The passionfruit green tea was missing the fragrance of green tea and was sour compared to other boba joints. Not as great as I remembered the first time I tried it in Toronto.

it's a C tier place. Real fruit? Only saw mango, pretty sure all the fruits are concentrated juices. It's called bubble tea, but bubbles cost extra, orelse it's just 6$ for a off the shelf fruit juice. There are at least two other bubble tea places that are miles ahead in quality and taste. This place is like L2, a bbt for white people but if you're in Champlain mall and don't want Starbucks, this is your best option.

The drinks are on point. We've been clients of this chain since it first opened back 2018 in Ottawa! Great products. If you are a loyalty client, avoid this store; their system never works, and you end never getting the loyalty points. This never happens anywhere else, only here. The manager told us it's not his problem; it's an IT problem. No accountability whatsoever.

Not as good as it should be. The bubbles were definitely not fresh, they were hard and pasty. Felt like they were left overs bubble from yesterdaywe were there at 3pm. The mango chunks in the drink were not ripe we are currently in mango season and were too big to pass through the straw. I ordered through the app, but they never took in charge my order even after 10 minutes without any clients. So I had to cancel the app order and order directly there. The self serve order booth was not responding either. Just to mention that I’ve ordered through the app and the self serve counter at the Anjou mall and had no issues.

Their homemade tapioca pearls are to die for! Decently priced

I had a the mango drink, the mango was sometimes sour, and most of it wouldn't fit through the straw, but all in all I still enjoyed it.Food: 4/5

This is to be the worst place to have your bubble tea. We ordered 3 different kinds of bubble tea with milk and all three tasted powdery and wasn't even sweet. It tasted disgusting.

Very bad service. I even saw one costumer came to the counter and dropped a straw that was in his mouth in the items at the tea bar were that they serve to the people.

A little too expensive but good quality smoothies or fresh juices.Food: 4/5
