Dropped by for a drink. Ordered M5: MANGO RED BEAN I was concerned that this combo wouldn’t be good. Was pleasantly surprised. It tasted great. Chunks of mango and red bean paired nicely.

I always come here whenever I’m craving a fruity bubble tea in particular mango. Any mango drink here will be great as they use fresh mangoes. The large size is huge and enough to share between two people. Good service.

Good bubble tea! Any of their mango slushes are delicious and love their hojicha milk tea. The only downside about this location is that the service is VERY slow as wait times can be up to an hour sometimes. I would recommend ordering through the app and then picking up once you are notified. I think they should hire more staff for a faster service.

Wide variety of drinks to fit everyone's personal preferences so it's a nice place to go in group. The drinks are good and the size is huge. Their large drink is enough for 2 for around 10$. The fruits are decently fresh and the sweetness is on point for me. One thing I appreciate a lot is that they took the time to serve us in a friendly manner even though we arrived 5 minutes before closing time Sorry!. Another thing that I enjoy is their initiative to use reusable cups. If you buy a drink in one of those reusable cups for around 19$, you can bring it to the store everytime and get a topping for free.

Awesome bubble tea place with lots of milky and juice type bubble teas. Their mango options are also very nice, made with real mangos and not only powder. Slightly expensive but they offer a higher quality bubble tea. There might be a line sometimes during peak hours.

Presotea has a WIDE variety of drinks to choose from: juice, yogurt, milk tea, frappés, cheese variety, salted cold foam, lattes, etc. I have tried two of their fruit teas, the Panda Milk and the the Taro one. They were all very very good. The portions are generous, they fill up your tea with tapioca balls and the service is quite fast. I definitely recommend this spot if you are a beginner or a connaisseur with bubble tea.

Horrible service! Asked for 6 drinks and they charged me for 7, didn’t want to refund me at first. Then I asked for honey due and they give me something totally different and refused to give me what I asked for. Then I forgot the paper for my straw on the counter and the employee freaks out telling me to put it in the garbage. Spent almost 100$ on drinks and got rude customer service with all kinds of mistakes.

It was our first time at this location. We ordered the Valentine's Day Special which consisted of two drinks combo: Dragon Fruit Infusion served with aloe vera and Dragon Fruit Lychee Slush accompanied with aloe vera as well. The drinks were nice and refreshing. The tea flavor really comes through. Can't wait to try other drinks on the menu.

I ordered a royal earl grey milk tea family today, but there are no boba in it, I always order this but today’s milk tea there no boba I’m so sad

My favourite bbt place in South Shore. So many options and they make good bbt. So strange because Presotea in Toronto is pretty bad but they're good in the Montreal area. They're busy alot of the time though sometimes you have to wait a while for your bbt. Worth the wait but I recommend ordering before hand for pickup if possible.
