I moved from Vancouver to Barrie and I got referral of Heather from one of my friends in Barrie. I found Heather extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She started to send me listings and all information when I was in Vancouver. Since I have two kids as such she also provided me all the information of best schools in Barrie as schools were my wife's first priority in selecting a house in Barrie. Heather showed us many houses and she was avery polite and patient throughout the process of selecting our dream home in Barrie and made our transition to Barrie a piece of cake. We will definitely recommend Heather to every one who wants to buy / sell a property in Barrie and area. She is the best real estate agents we have ever met. Very pleasant, polite, helpful and knowledgeable. She knows every street / properties in Barrie.

Heather was very thorough during the sale of my waterfront condo in Barrie. Throughout the entire process, I was travelling but Heather was on the ball with keeping me in the loop through every part of the transaction. We were able to expediate a quick and successful sale at top price and whenever I had any questions or concerns, I could always easily get a hold of Heather and she was very knowledgeable and made the transaction very smooth. I also purchased a house through Heather and always felt no pressure and that she went out of her way to find me my dream home!! Fabulous reale estate agent. Heather is very knowledgable and professional. I have bought two properties from Heather and I am really glad that I found one of the best person in real estate industry in Canada. She knows every area of Barrie and around and has in-depth knowledge of all the properties she deals in. She never tries to close the deals in rush and spends plenty of time to get all information about the properties she deals in. We would strongly recommend Heather to all friends and family and will continue to deal with her for all our future property buy / sell.
