All the staff members I spoke with have been very pleasant. I had staff help me locate my produce on the floor, and the cashier and I had a great conversation. Before leaving the store I had some inquiries about their rewards program and they were more than happy to assist. Angie was very knowledgeable and Jazmine helped me complete my order. I am thankful for the great people we have in our community.
If you aren't going to staff your other departments, then stick to selling only food. Last 3 visits, spent over 30 minutes trying to access a change room, and was unable to find anyone. Poor girl at customer service seemed overwhelmed by complaints and clearly didn't have the ear of a half decent manager, so all that poor girl can do is say sorry all day. Been trying to try on cloths for weeks, business lost, never again will I waste my time. I urge the rest of Sudbury to do the same, don't waste your time.

What I like:nnLarge selection of produce and other productsnnGreat cuts of meat that at times go on sale at reasonable pricesnnSpacious aislesnnWhat they can improve on:nnCutting the melons in the fresh fruit sections without the rindsnnHelping bag the groceries sometimes there is no one else in line or both lanes are so full that the cashier can't pass through any other orders, and yet SOME don't help with the bagging?nnLess emphasis on self- checkouts and quicker methods of cashing out with a cashier. The self checkouts are always available, and there are always lineups at the other cashes- this is because people are demonstrating their preference, and their voices should be heardnnGet rid of the inserting a loonie or token system to make use of a grocery cart. The reason they mentioned was to curb theft, but much like the self- checkout systems, it also reduces the need for staff to walk around the parking lot collecting the carts.nnI feel like if Superstore wants to maintain their reputation as a premium grocery store and not a No-Frills type destination, they should think about bringing back some of the above- mentioned frills.
On Friday,Nov22,24,I went to customer service in relation to a points issue. I was assisted by Jasmine and Patty and they not only solved my problem quickly and efficiently,but,they were also a delight with which to deal. A big thank you to these super ladies.
The checkout process is a disaster. They never have any cashiers, self check out is always full. They’ve also barricaded all the spare cashes so if you wanna leave the store, they’ve created dangerous bottleneck situations where someone can get trampled on, overall not a fun experience.nnHowever, the store is well stocked and clean.
