Very nice grocery store. Prices are very competitive and they do price matching. The produce and meat are very good good. They also have a nice butcher, seafood, and deli counters. They also have nutritionist on site who can help you with making better dietary choices. We shop there every week and would recommend this store.

Amazing staff !

The multiply buying and the teeny tiny signs stating $1 on top and then if you buy 5 underneath! They have left me shopping at Metro much more! New manager promised a British selection!  I go out of my match to price match but products rarely there!

I've made more returns than purchases!

The staff are amazing! The manager doesn't listen to customers!

This location offers a wide variety of produce along with a fantastic selection of vegan goods. 
The only thing that would make this the 'perfect store' is if they sold more items that were locally made. (There are many brands of tofu and tempeh made in ontario).  And if they sold more bulk items. I end up shopping at bulk barn and superstore every week to cover my needs.  
I am very glad that superstore maintains such a large section of natural foods, because of this superstore is my favourite. 

I would wish that the items in the natural section were labeled or perhaps separated by type. The fridges in this isle seem to be a whole mix of different things. With regular ice cream next to vegan ice cream, and eggs directly next to the plant milks. And dairy ghee next to the vegan butter. I do read the ingredients on every item I buy to make sure they are vegan, However it would be really nice if they were labeled on the shelf tag or sectioned off. Stores like goodness me do this. 

My favourite part of this store is the large produce section. This is where I do 80% of my shopping so I am glad that they have made it a priority in the store.

We continue to be disappointed with this store. Since the renovation ... the shelves seem to be bare. We have spoke to management on several occasions about staple PCBL items we use in our family that are NEVER in stock. Yet they are always in stock at Fortinos, but at a higher price. We do appreciate that they price match, but are starting to shop for our groceries at other stores.:(

I have been to a few superstores and his one is the worst, always missing products and takes several minutes to find someone who knows where the product is. Usually they have run out, especially in the produce department. If you go later in the day, it's crazy busy and children running around everywhere. They sell alcohol which is handy but the wine and beer lines are not clearly labelled. Also you can't buy any booze till 11 but they don't have a sign stating that anywhere. I have been here several times and today is my last, save your money and have a 200% better shopping experience down the road at food basics which is surprisingly well stocked.
