Never anybody in or around for fitting rooms. End up walking around for half an hour trying to get someone to open a change room and clothing department person vanishes and then youre locked out of change room if you go to grab another size or something else to try on. Very bad service. I rarely buy clothes here because of the on going issue of nobody working in the clothing department and the bad customer service. Literally had to call the store just to get someone to the apparel department. Big thumbs down

There used to be 20 tills with a cashier and a bagger.nnNow the cashier won't bag, and demands you figure out how many you need and buy them up front.nnThis whole country sure has gone downhill.

We went to self checkout today. Machine was not cooperating enough with us. Mary helped us throughout, she was patient and calm with us. We appreciate her cooperation with us. Though the other staff at the self checkout was quite rude and gave us a hard time. Staff like Mary needs a raise for sure!

Was just in here 5 mins ago 5 mins before closing; A Filipina superstore worker with a blue shirt CUT PAST me in line and immediately head to a self checkout till at the same time as me. I went to click start on the machine and she rudely said EXCUSE ME THIS IS MINE.nnI usually come here after work every few nights to buy a few things. I'm never coming back here again.

Cashiers won’t bag, and expect you to do it yourself which is crazy because if I wanted to do it myself I’d go to the self checkouts. Crazy part is everytime I go to the self checkouts the employees are rude and they keep their eyes on you the entire time acting like you’ll steal the entire damn store. Calm down you’ve got bigger fish to fry.
