Story

A great team of 7 Physiotherapists, 3 Massage Therapists, and 1 Podiatrist working together to get you back to your active lifestyle. We treat all ages, from kids with sports injuries, to new moms needing help getting their bodies back in shape, to weekend warriors, and everything in between.

We are always accepting new clients. We offer services like post-surgery rehabilitation, medical acupuncture, IMS (intramuscular stimulation), real time ultrasound for viewing core muscles in action and assessments of general physical wellness for people preparing to start going to the gym.

Thanks Emily for saving my climbing vacation! Having sprained my ankle 6 weeks prior to going to Squamish, I was unsure how much climbing I'd be able to do. Emily's magic touch made the pain disappear, restored flexibility, and I was able to climb every day of my trip :)

I really wanted to acknowledge the care that Katherine Smyth has provided for me. On-line booking made it easy for me to schedule with Katherine. On my arrival she exhibited a thorough, comprehensive approach that I appreciate. I wanted her input on my chronic upper back immobility. She identified how my participation in sports like golf and hockey as a youth and my current activities such as cycling, skiing, computer work and performing surgery all contribute to my back issues. She provided acupuncture and cupping therapy during our consult and also reccomended ongoing exercises and attention to posture. I felt immediate response to the acupuncture and cupping. I literally left Reach feeling an inch taller. I am convinced that Katherine's advice regarding stretching / exercise and attention to posture will lead to a much healthier back. Thanks Katherine. I really appeiciate it! Tom

Having worked with Sue, Mike and Dana, I am thrilled to recommend the care and expertise at Reach Physio. Sue Shalansky is my Ninja as she is half my size, yet manages to set me straight every time. I'm a big fan!
