Personable receptionists who are very good at communicating and answering calls. I still deal with this clinic where my last GP is located and anytime I need info from my old file sent to me it is always done in a efficient and professional manner.
Have been going here for 26yrs. Dr. Melherbe, Dr. Strydom and Dr. Bohn are the absolute best. They have helped with many medical issues with a great bed side manner, made sure you were taken great care of and you understood the plan of action they were taking in treating you. The receptionists are always polite and very helpful in trying to get you seen.
I had the best doctor experience with Dr. Gaudreault, first time seeing her, and she was super lovely, thorough and helpful, and definitely addressed my concerns and has a very proactive approach. I'm so happy with my experience, thank you
Very fed up with with Dr Bull. I have had him for over 2 years now. He never phones on time always atleast an hour later than scheduled. Never sends prescriptions the day he says he will. It is very hard to track down a time with him and i have not had an experience where i felt fully taken care of with him because he seems to always "forget". I don't change my schedule to have my time wasted over and over again. Seriously need to have some planning actions taken on that end so you aren't literally just lying to your patients. The front desk is great. They have gone out of their way numerous times to help me track down prescriptions or meds that he was supposed to have ready. Im thankful for that help. But with proper planning it eliminates the need for that help.
Thank have been coming to Diamondhead Medical my entire life. They are wonderful. I have nothing but rave reviews for this clinic and my doctor Dr.Cudmore

Dr. Rachel Kelly is an intelligent and compassionate doctor. She will do everything possible to make sure you receive the care you need. Willing to go the extra lengths to contact specialist and help you understand your unique case and options going forward to the best of her ability. Dr. Kelly is one of the few doctors I have ever met to remember Everything! She has an amazing ability of going from one unique case to another without ever getting your case confused with another. She also has a knack for making you feel supported when there are uncomfortable wait times for diagnostic procedures and you are in pain and scared.
I cannot thank Dr. Rua Read enough for taking me on as a patient when I moved down summer of 2017. I am so thankful for our mutual, trusted partnership in which we have when addressing my healthcare needs as she truly, genuinely listens to all of my struggles, one being particularly debilitating. She has such a pure and gentle manner and goes above and beyond to try and resolve my health concerns which have primarily been crippling me all of my adulthood. It is evident through her kind demeanor that she can envision herself in her client's shoes and sense their struggles and pain which is so very hard to find in physicians these days due to various stigmatisations and how over worked the health care system is. I truly feel as though you are saving my life Dr. Read! I am so very appreciative of Dr. Rua Read having accepted me on as a patient especially as there are no physician’s accepting new patients all across the lower main land. I felt an instant connection when first meeting with Dr. Read which immediately established our trusting physician- client relationship and for the first time in my entire life after seeing dozens of specialists’, physicians and other healthcare professionals’, I genuinely feel she truly hears my voice. One comment she has made which will forever stay in my heart is that “she is hopeful for me”. What more can I say except for thank you for choosing healthcare as your profession as evidently it is your true calling.
Dr Carin Strydom is such a compassionate and wonderful Doctor with a Heart of Gold. She listens, cares genuinely, has a way of taking worries off your mind and making sure you have a smile on your face after the appointment. The Group of Doctors are amazing too, I had such a beautiful experience that I will live with for a lifetime with them . Thank you
This clinic is beautiful, convenient and gets my highest rating. Friendly reception, Dr. Cranston is the BEST and I can always get an appointment without a long wait.
