Son purchased a house threw Patrick Wells. Mr. Wells came to the signing unprepared . No keys to the premise.  He stated key was left on OUTSIDE light.   Who does that!  Would not respond to our agent calls or email.  Son was not even able to go in for a second viewing.  Mr. Wells never seemed to have keys and really didn't care for clients.  
When we finally reached him, he told us to stop with the name calling. When all we said was he was very professional. Will not recommend Patrick Wells to any one.  You want service go to Royal Lepsge.
