Although I cannot speak for ReMax as a whole I must say I was very disappointed with one of their Real-estate Agents Sylvie Romeo.

From the beginning I had explained some criteria which included parking and pet friendly etc for a location to rent with a budget of 1300 monthly.
Sylvie kept sighing and telling how difficult it is to find parking and how difficult it is to find appliances and how difficult it is for this and that.

This is unprofessional. When I reach out for help in regards to rental locations I am expecting an enthusiastic individual who will both demonstrate enthusiasm and willingness to help as opposed to presenting their very own client with issues and challenges.
