I came in last week to get a new account and close out the account I had due to unauthorized transactions. I asked for a new direct deposit form and thought everything was done so I left. When I was finished, I went to the ATM to make sure my card worked and, of course, the rep didn’t correctly add my pin to the card. I just discovered now that the rep gave me a direct deposit form for my old banking information and now I won’t get paid from my work when I needed the money. This location is awful and it seems like the staff aren’t trained.
Branch have many experienced and welcoming employees, we are usually visiting this branch. Mrs. Yang Gao and Mrs. Yana are very welcoming and helpful employees, and If you are newcomers from Ukraine, this branch has Ukrainian speaking employee. Usually branch busy only in lunch time, at other time branch is more free, we waited for 15 min's maximum each time we come to this location.
I had an appointment with Julia Mutesi of this branch. She thought my appointment was through phone call but it was in person. She had no idea or knowledge about my reason for the appointment which I understand because apparently I booked wrong reason for appointment. She said she will call me and provide answers to my questions which she did not. My impression of her was that she had no interest in engaging with me. Not recommended. Just a waste of my time to be honest.
Hi, I just went the RBC this Branch today.They have lack of knowledge about my chaque deposit. One trailer told me that your chaque would be available right way, because it is business chack and same bank chaque However, couple of hours later I went to the this location again.Then , they told me defferent story.Her name is "Server" She is so rude and disrespectful.
This review is only for the teller service, anytime I go into this branch for banking that requires a teller, its a nightmare. Today there were 6-7 people lined up with 2 tellers taking customers. I am sure there were other staff in the branch but they were not stepping up to assist. Get it together RBC.
Initially having the false impression from our businesses banking here they would assist, learned the opposite. Confirmed with one of our businesses how difficult Royal Bank is to deal with, and only use as last resort. The overall low rating here demonstrates well RBC is doing to turnaround it's poor reputation.
Horrid bank and horrid branch. Long lines with 1-2 tellers working during business hours. Many more on the clock but browsing. BM doesn't seem to care. Check clearing rules made up depending on day you visit.
I had good experience while opening the new comer bank account. Advisor Kevin helped and provided all info, offers etc. Chequeing account opened in 30mins. Not much crowded, queue system. ATM available.
Many thanks to Julia and Yana, the staff of this bank, for carefully explaining to me how to use the bank. And in general, I liked the clean and well-maintained bank.
Been to this branch a couple times. Not good experience as the staffs are not knowledgeable as expected. Appointments are wasting time.
