A year ago a lady at this bank helped me replace my damaged bill for a new one. I remember she offered me great customer service by handling the situation with good sense of humor and being quite sympathetic and nice.
THEY DO NOT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR. STAFF IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND BEHAVE MUCH LIKE COMMUNISTS DO. DISGUSTING ALL THE WAY AROUND...CUSTOMERS SERVICE, POLICIES EVERYTHING ABOUT TD SUCKS. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
The absolute worst customer service a branch can have. Rude employees and they don't know know a thing about customer service.
Was trying to open an account but the person has trouble doing so and doesn't know why. Thought it was their job to know, but he said he would find out later and give me a call - he never did which doesn't even surprise me. Nice branch though.
I called multiple times to speak to a manager, and the teller kept passing me off to incompetent people. Does not cater to its customer's needs accordingly. Very bad initial experience.
