Horrible experience with this bank, if I could give -5 I would, they need to fire Marie Anne Lacroix, she does not care for the client and thinks she is in control of your life, also the new manager Melanie, you can tell when talking to her she's not listening to you, she's just waiting for you to leave. Unprofessional staff. Do NOT chose this as your branch if you want to bank with RBC. ✌

They are rude and do nothing for their clients! Before the woman brings me aside or to a private room she blurts out "do you have money" I had to ask her if she was talking to me because I couldn't believe she blurted that out loud. It inferiated me and I told her you could at least have the decency to pull me aside...how unprofessional and to top it off the cashier next to us was making these sounds of annoyance and they wonder why I haven't gone to the branch in years HORRIBLE SERVICE HORRIBLE!!!
