I went through some of the reviews and I found them very disproportionate. Yes we waited but we were welcomed and spoke to, everyone was helpful and trying their best to answer us fast. We had a very good service especially that we came with no appointment.nI’ve been in another branch and they offered no service and suggested I book an appointment within 2/3 weeks.nConclusion: I’m pleased with the service and would recommend this branch and its staff.

Worst branch I've ever visited. People will wait over an hour in a line of 7 people to see a teller. Tellers have no common sense to urge people to make appointments to understand the services available but will waste other people's time allowing their time to be used entirely for teaching some for 45 minutes how the apps work. Can attest to it as this is written while wasting a lunch break.

These fraudsters gave defective marked with pen / old USD bills so when I was out of country I couldn’t used them as they get refused and when I came back to exchange it or at least deposit it in my account they refuse their own bills they gave me and acknowledge it was their mistake to hand it out on the first place. These people are clowns in suits. Terrible and will not risk big transactions with them especially a business account.

Last week, I went to the bank to take out USD and they gave me a few old bills that I couldn't use in the country I was visiting. Yesterday, I went to the bank to return them and they didn't want to accept them because they were old and not in good condition but they were the ones who gave me the bills. I explained to the lady that it was one of your workers who gave the bills. She just told me that it was a mistake and they can't do nothing about it. Now, I'm stuck with them. So, it's their fault and somehow im the one who gets screwed. If you can, don't go to this branch, go to the one in Angrignon area.

The worst bank ever . And the branch is under stuffed. Empty desks and wait time is horrible . I literally went 6 times I'm the last 3 months and couldn't wait the line was too slow . Only 2 people working all the time . RBC do better . Hire at least 2 more people since you know about this issue format least 1 year now . Unbelievable.
