RBC Royal Bank

Had a meeting with Coleen with regards to questions about my student line of credit. She was extremely rude, short and told me “if you have outstanding debt you do you really think you should be going on a trip” This was the WORST customer service experience I have ever experienced. I came for financial advice and she started asking me personal questions and was VERY judgemental. I will be letting my friends and family know to avoid this branch.

Previously banked with RBC years ago. I still had a bank account and Visa card with them however decided to close it all down. I was informed by the teller that both accounts were closed with a zero dollar balance. Days later, I received a notice that a missed payment had been sent to collections on my RBC Visa card. RBC customer service and the staff at this location were unable to answer why this had happened or file a dispute with the credit agency. After 5 hours on the phone and a day spent at this location, I've now had to launch my own dispute due to RBC's negligence. I would not recommend anyone bank with RBC, they seem to be incompetent at their job and do as little as possible to help. Almost everyone I dealt with was rude and dismissive of the issue.

Have always had great experiences here. Staff are super helpful and accommodating. They went above and beyond for me a couple times now. Don’t mind driving 2 hrs to bank here. Thanks guys!!

The reps may be helpful and friendly but when you have only 2 wickets open, a long line up and you are chatting up the clients about the weather, travel, etc it is clearly a lack of respect and consideration for the clients standing in line.
