RBC Royal Bank

We had an awesome experience working with Andrea McNally-Saywood for our mortgage. She was really nice, explained things clearly, and responded quickly to all communication. When we hit some challenges, Andrea worked hard to find a way through them and get us into our home. We appreciate it and definitely would recommend giving her a call if you are looking for a mortgage.

I did not have good experience with them. Staff lacks behavioral skills. A customer just needs a polite reciprocation, no matter if you are not able to serve them.

Wrost service, very slooooooow service. 2 person helping one guy. Should be help by one officer guy who is still in an open office! Is this a training office?

I asked to cancel my account and the teller didn't even ask why, I don't think she even verified any details of my account. Sure am happy to be done with RBC

The local staff is great, lovely people, but dealing with RBC as a whole is so frustrating, hard to reach anyone to speak to, appointments unavailable for weeks, it takes days to get a response via email. Just an awful experience when you need something.
