Worst bank ever!!!!! My in-law went there with my card to withdraw cash due to some reason i was not able get to go there…… firstly atm did not gave her any money… due to atm was out of cash….. then when my inlaw try and talked to the Pearson who is working there Tiffany she said we are trying to do fraud with bank and she humiliated her in front of all persons…. Even I was on call with her…… most arrogant person I have ever talked to……….. I went to bank and try to confront her but her behaviour was the same…… she did not care about customer situation….. worst service….. not suggesting any one to deal with the same bank……. Wort experience…….

I was trying to open an account with rbc an I was told it was a 2 week wait to speak with a experienced employee.  Very disappointed with this Portage bank's
