Friendly and very quick also the peoples working there do everything to accommodate you...even gave my 2 girls some chocolate and cookies

Quite poor management - Unfriendly communication and extremely unspecific with tasks and pre-requisition for any service. Very time consuming to get a loan and expensive as well. I usually only go once a year around Xmas. Next year however will be saving extra. I would not recommend this business to anyone unless something changes. However on the up if you need a small loan for a very short period of time eg. A one week blowout sale in between pay cheques it will work w/ anything better then the worst credit as long as you're willing to rough it out with the customer service and insane interest.
