Worst banking experience. I really hate when they say they have to follow the protocols and rules as always when I go to them It’s a different rule with a different advisor.. I would never recommend opening in RBC account.
Had over $1000 stolen from me , I was forced to say amounts that are not true, impossible to get a bank statements illegal and total breach of trust, rude,awful experience with staff and management,this bank really stole a Canada savings bonds , a gift from my grandmother.
Well... I've been on hold for about ten minuets now, so I thought I would share my thoughts about RBC in general. The people at the branch are friendly and relatively knowledgeable. But talking to a PERSON is like pulling hen's teeth! I've left an urgent message with an RBC associate over an hour ago with no call back. So here I sits! Waiting!!!
Absolutely terrible service, every teller is rude if you have a problem and they will not help you. They’ll also steal money from your savings account and when you call it takes hours to get through, then good luck trying to go in person because the hours are absurd since pretty much everyone works in the hours of 9-5.
Not this branch in particular. Rbc as a whole are not there for you.the more they can pickpocket you with service charges the better for them.absolutely pathetic that it takes 50 days to get back a credit from my visa.if I was one day late on a payment they start charging interest.real con job.excuse after excuse and ridiculous service charges,credit union is free of monthly charges
