I have been with RBC for around 35 years. I have spent an hour 3 different times trying to get through to the bank. To no avail. I am in the loop on some voicemail app which no one ever answers. I just talk to computers all the time. I just called the mall superintentend to see if they would be kind enough to walk over to the bank and give them my telephone number and name. That might work. Stay tuned.
Jeff at the counter was really helping us to call and confirm all the details for the account. Jason at office room help my father to open a new account very fast and easy. Very good experience
Love banking with RBC but the employees at this branch are so rude. I always feel like it’s a bother for them to help me whenever I come in. Minimum effort put in to help me with the problems I come in with. I will be going to the other location near by from now on.
Just opened an account in RBC after 2 other banks told me that I have to wait until tomorrow because they're busyand I was the only customer in the lobby. Ravinder is profession, efficient and friendly. Highly rated!
I just attended the RBC in Tsawwassen with a credit card issue and had the pleasure of dealing with a very pleasant lady named Parveen Singh I think spelling is correct. Parveen was very engaging, competent and made my dealings with RBC enjoyable.
Telephone contact impossible. Calling the branch takes you to a virtual assistant and many levels containing irrelevant information. After 15 minutes of non sequitur responses, it was impossible to get hold of a human being at the Tsawwassen branch.
The man banker that helped me was excellent but he applied for a credit card that I didn't want I have enough credit cards he satisfied my needs with setting me up to my accounts that I do want so that's why he deserves 3 stars
Lazy staff. She told me to go to the Ladner branch where they had my info so she didn't have to fill out some forms for a wire transfer. The laziness is unbelievable.
RBC service is so bad. This is one is the worst I meet.
Always been good to me - dealt with them for 45 years
