Absolute BS had to order new checks for my grandmother who’s literally over 90 years old.nI went through all the automated Messages on the phone, And after going through all that it tells me that it’s going to connect me to an agent and the agent is a computer that tells me I have to do it online.nThey have made everything completely inaccessible to the older generation or people who don’t understand how to use technology well.nnAnd I know this part isn’t exactly the bank’s fault but I can’t even go online to make her one because it doesn’t accept information. I don’t know if the website is just down, but if it is then it’s been down for multiple days

I attended this location as it was the most convenient RBC for my needs. Lots of parking, very spacious inside. The front had adequate staff fully loaded. It also has two ATM machines. It seemed as though most people preferred to deal with the friendly staff. There is also adequate seating for ppl waiting for a meeting for more indepth banking needs and ppl who are with ppl in the line, but are not actually banking. The teller, I specifically dealt with was very friendly and engaging. If I could remember her name, id praise her by name. She was a sweet South Asian woman. I will be attending this branch again when I'm on the area again.

The staff is awesome — always friendly and polite. I’ve seen them put up with some abuse that they shouldn’t have, and they do a great job of ignoring it and fighting through to have a good attitude and help the next customer anyways. I had a unique issue that they couldn’t immediately resolve, and they stuck with it and kept trying some creative things to make it work. I appreciate that kind of customer service.

Needless to say I was decline to have access to my SDB even tho I had gone to my box few times in the pass . A CSR and office staff refused , due to thier lack of staff not doing thier job right with the setup of the box and paperwork caused me stress and anxiety.
