BMO Bank of Montreal

This bank is a a joke constantly like 10 people in line with maybe 2 tellers and the parking lot is an eaven bigger problem no were to park and people constantly honking getting stuck

I find the staff here to be the friendliest people I have ever met. It's great to see long term employees at a place of business; that certainly says a lot about a company.

Awful customer service, Small place and rude ppl! I can't understand how BMO head office doesn't care about our reviews!! They have to do some improvements over there.

Awful customer service. Tellers are rude, ignorant and have poor product knowledge. I find myself doing more online now than ever just to avoid trying to get in during their short business day. I see I have already given a poor review. More to add I guess. I stand here waiting for them to open - with 5 other people, at 9:30 by my watch... when I was in customer service, if you had several people waiting 3 minutes before you 'open' you let them the in.

They really need to expand to serve the growing Bowmanville population. This is the only branch in Bowmanville so a large population of people depend on this branch. Unfortunately every time I've had to see a teller the line is long and so is the wait. Otherwise haven't had any major problems.
